Stella is our glorious quercus stellata (post oak) holding court at the bar. She was tagged to be razed along with some other trees on a piece of land in Pulaski County so we’re happy she landed here instead of in the mouth of a wood chipper. She was hewn and placed by artisan woodworker Keith Newton, who also designed and built the rosewood counter at our entrance. Our tree represents life, family, growth, playfulness, and love of Arkansas. Sit under her branches, relax, and savor!
